Okay….so, it’s the weekend before Thanksgiving and you still haven’t fully decide what you are cooking for the festive day ahead….or you’ve been invited and asked to bring something and you are out of ideas….never fear we have you covered!
Here are a few of our easy go to recipes that we have created over the years that are big on flavor and quite simple to make!
To start, we can recommend our Easy Autumn Sangria recipe.
You can also put some lovely sparkling water and apple cider out for any guests who don’t drink alcohol or you could even try your hand at one of our 3 go to non-alcoholic cocktails.
Of course the Traditional Turkey.
A lovely Kale Salad.
We couldn’t leave out our favorite Brown Butter Garlic Mac & Cheese
We gravitate to the less is more thing….but…on Thanksgiving we tend to go all out especially with Jenneka’s delectable Roasted Brussels Sprouts and a Sassy Sweet Potato Salad.
For Dessert how about a not so traditional Chocolate Cake
Or a more traditional Cran-Pecan Apple Crisp.
Lets make sure to add a gluten free option to the mix with our Gluten Free Dirty Blonde Banana Bars.
So now that we have decided on our menu outline…and anticipate a huge amount of turkey leftovers…. If you are feeling adventurous why not try our new leftover favorite tradition… Turkey Leek Rutabega Soup…it’s a mouthful…. of delicious😁
