Jenneka’s Famous Roasted Brussel Sprouts in 5 Easy Steps

This recipe is easily one of Jenneka’s most requested. It is super simple and oh so delicious! A perfect holiday side dish (or dinner any night of the week according to Janna.)

So here we go...5 simple steps to one of the most delicious roasted Brussel Sprout recipes of your life!

Difficulty Meter: Super Easy

Serves: 4-6 ( although the 3 of us can eat the entire pan in a sitting😳😂😬)


2 lbs Brussel Sprouts

1/2 + 1/4 c olive oil

1 teaspoon ground pepper (more if you love pepper)

1 1/4 teaspoons salt

1 Tablespoon onion powder

1 Tablespoon garlic powder

Pre-Heat oven to 375 degrees.

Step 1 - Wash well.

Step 2 - Slice into thin pieces.

Step 3 - Season

In this step you will want to drizzle your 1/2 c olive oil, then add spices. Mixy Mix. And add the remainder of the oil.

Step 4- After everything is mixed, bake in oven for 10-15 mins. Take out and give everything a stir. Put back into the oven for 10-15 mins or until tender and roasty.

Step 5 - Enjoy! With friends or keep it all for yourself 🤫😂
