Whipped Pumpkin Spice Coffee : Iced or Hot

Tis the season for Pumpkin and we have the perfect combination for these final few warm days...the quintessential recipe to ring in fall! (Enter)...Pumpkin spice whipped coffee that can be served cold or hot!

Difficulty Meter: Super Easy

Serves: 2

2 Tablespoons instant coffee

1 Heaping Tablespoons light or dark brown sugar

2 Tablespoons cold water

3 Tablespoons Torani (or other brand) pumpkin spice syrup

2 cups almond milk (or milk of your choice)

pumpkin pie drizzle (optional)

pumpkin pie spice for garnish

In small bowl add coffee, sugar and water. Blend with hand mixer until fluffy, or resembles whipped cream consistency. Set aside.

In a separate bowl add 2 cups milk of your choice and 3 Tablespoons pumpkin spice syrup. Stir well.

If serving cold:

Layer pumpkin drizzle into cups with ice. Add a layer of whipped coffee, then milk. Top with whipped coffee, garnish with more drizzle and a dash of pumpkin pie spice. Enjoy!

If serving hot:

In mugs, drizzle pumpkin sauce and a layer of whipped coffee.

In pot on the stove heat milk (feel free to froth). Add hot milk and syrup mix to mug. Top with more whipped coffee, a drizzle of pumpkin sauce and a dash of pumpkin pie spice.

We would love to hear how you are enjoying this or cold? Jared is an iced kinda guy, Janna (Me) likes things hot (or cold😂) and Jenneka has only had a couple sips from each of our cups....don’t worry we will make a coffee drinker out of her....someday! Until the next post!
