Simple Summer Sliders w/ Easiest Aioli Ever

Updated: Jul 29, 2020

While there are many variations of these sliders in our repertoire, sometimes simple is just what is needed. Serve these easy picnic treats on Hawaiian Rolls, add a few sides and you're sure to have won the backyard picnic of the year award:-) Also, these are great cold or reheated for a quick grab and go lunch.....if they last that long!

Difficulty Meter : Easy

Makes about 28 sliders

Prep Time : 15 mins

Cook Time : about 2-5 mins each side

Slider Ingredients :

3 lbs ground beef

1 cups total of the following fresh herbs -

  • Basil

  • Oregano

  • chives

  • sage

  • rosemary

1 Tablespoon Salt

1 Tablespoon Ground pepper

1 Tablespoon Onion Powder

Aioli Ingredients :

1 Cup Mayonnaise

4-5 medium sized cloves garlic

juice of 1/2 of a lemon

1 Teaspoon each- salt & pepper

In large mixing bowl - combine meat, herbs and spices.

Once all ingredients are blended, form meat into mini burger patties.

Cook in cast iron skillet or on the grill for between 2-5 mins each side or until meat is cooked to your liking.

Put mini sliders into Hawaiian Rolls or your favorite small dinner rolls.

We love to top our burgers with avocado, bacon, mushrooms and onions...but in this recipe we leave any extras to your hearts desire.

For the EASIEST Aioli Ever-

Add Mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic (we like to use freshly pressed garlic but, crushed/finely chopped will do the trick too.) Mix thoroughly and enjoy!

Happy Eating!
