As many of you know...we are HUGE fans of Rella, and in our latest collaboration we get to showcase a few pieces from their new fall/winter line. BTW...this collection is truly next level, with a variety of colors and styles Rella offers something for everyone! We are so excited to share a few of our most loved styles, although, okay....okay....a few of our favorites would be the entire catalogue...so this is more like a "favorites" narrowed down post 🙂
We styled Jared, and decided to head outside. Of course Jared procrastinated as much as possible and was hoping Kato's cute factor would distract Jenny and I from our mission. PHOTOSHOOT!

Of course our Bro could handle only so much and then had to be a goofball. He took our steamy, hot.....water (that had kept his hands warm) and yup...dumped it! It was a freezing 26 degrees yet felt much colder! So he was kind of done for the first shoot 😉 We took our hats and hit the road.

Of course we would tell Jared to pull over when we would find a fun looking spot. After driving around for a few hours and as the sun hit that golden lighting hour, we spotted it! A beautiful golden field with dried soybeans slightly swaying in the fridged breeze.
Into the field we walked. A little secret, we got these sibling shots by proping the camera on the roof of the car....I set the self timer and ran....hahah...if we actually filmed it the dialogue was pretty funny and of course, there were bloopers! Lets just say the whole pause and pose thing....doesn't always work!
We then sent our dapper brother, deeper into the field so we could capture those rugged shots. After, he was done (which was after 1 take of him walking towards us) he ran back to the warmth of the heated car! Real manly bro!

Now to answer a few questions that we have been receiving about these hats...
Q: Are they itchy?
A: Not at all! Many of their hats are a soft acrylic/merino wool blend. They also have a beautiful cashmere line and many are fleece lined.
Q: Are they warm?
A: Short answer....YES! Longer summation: During this shoot the only warm part of the body were our heads! If we wore the Rella gloves our hands would have been warm too.
