Peanut Butter Banana Salted Carmel Popsicles

Hold the banana phone! What do you do when you have 4 over ripe bananas and 1/2 quart of leftover half and half (that needs to go)....add about a hundred degrees outside......

POPSICLES of course!

Difficulty Meter: EASY!

Ingredients:

4 overripe bananas

1/2 quart half and half

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

peanut butter for layering

salted carmel for layering

Tools:

Blender

Popsicle Trays

Chefs Tip*: If you have leftover mix feel free to stir into coffee (hot or iced)....its delicious :-)

Peel those overripe bananas....

Pour in your half and half...

Add teaspoon of vanilla extract...

Make sure the lid is on nice and tight...

Blend away.....

Of course you should test to see if the flavor is all correct....haha

Grab your favorite ice pop molds...

Pour in a layer of banana cream mixture.

Layer in peanut butter and....

Salted carmel.

Continue the layering process until popsicle trays are full.

But maybe not overfull....like I did here :-)

Put your popsicle stick tops in and freeze until solid.

Enjoy whenever you feel the need for a quick cool down sweet treat or serve as dessert after your favorite meal!

Happy snacking!
